How does it work?
If any of our Self Defense spray or stunning products is used in your legal self-defense, we will replace (if left at the scene) or refill the item.
Send us a copy of the police report documenting the incident and we can replace your self-defense device free of charge.

Products that qualify:
Pepper Spray, Mace, self defense chemical sprays.
Any device that includes an electronic stun feature.

Not Included: Taser International products are not included, contact Taser International (www.taser.com) regarding their replacement policy.
Cartridges for tasers are also not included

How to request your refill or replacement:
Send us a police report that indicates the use of the product(s) you purchased from NonLethalDefense.com. Include our original invoice or order number. A nominal shipping and handling fee of $6.95 will apply. Contact support @ NonLethalDefense.com (or call 813-671-9066) for additional instructions.

We will verify the report with the law enforcement agency issuing the police report.

In the event an item has been discontinued at our discretion we will substitute the item with a similar product.

Note: This program is limited to one replacement per original individual order irregardless of the number of incidents reported.
